This production will be a 90 minute version.
Rehearsals will begin at the end of March. The first month of rehearsals will be one rehearsal per week from 6:30-9:30pm in Newmarket or Portsmouth, NH. Beginning in mid April rehearsals will occur twice a week from 6:30-9:30pm in Newmarket or Portsmouth, NH.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWN
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • One 1-2 minute contemporary dramatic monologue of your choice

  • One of the three pre-selected cuts from the show found HERE

PRODUCTION TEAM ROLES

We’re hiring for the following Production Team members for our 2025 Mainstage Season. All positions will be paid through a ticket split system. If you are interested in joining our team or have any questions about the jobs, please email us at diveintheatre@gmail.com

STAGE MANAGER - ROMEO AND JULIET
Reports to: Kat Mail (Romeo and Juliet Director), Will Saxe (Mainstage Production Manager/Props Master), Jordan Formichelli (Artistic Director)
Additional teammates: Jeremy Toussaint (Technical Director/Lighting Designer), Marina Altschiller-Gannon (Executive Director/Sound Designer), additional team members will be added as they are hired.
No prior experience needed
- Manage rehearsals alongside director, including tracking attendance and keeping rehearsals on schedule.
- Track and record all blocking, cues, and script changes.
- Send out rehearsal reports to cast and crew following all rehearsals. (Dive In has a template we will share with you if you do not have a preferred template)
- Manage props, costumes, and set transitions as needed.
- Address any last-minute issues that arise during rehearsals or performances.
- Send out show reports to cast and crew following every show.
